Description

State vs. 'Confidential Client' - The client was facing serious charges of downloading child pornography, and sought the assistance of Attorney Patrick Roberts, a highly skilled and experienced sex crime lawyer. The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and local law enforcement had uncovered illegal online activity linked to the client's IP address. Consequently, they obtained a search warrant and conducted a thorough search of the client's residence, leading to the discovery of several items suspected to contain child pornography. During this process, the client made a confession.

Despite the overwhelming evidence against the client, Attorney Roberts strategically presented mitigating factors to the district attorney's office. His relentless efforts and strong defense ultimately persuaded the State to offer a favorable resolution for the client. As a result, the client was granted a strictly probationary sentence, with no jail or prison time imposed.

Probation.

The client was sentenced to probation and granted the opportunity to transfer their probation to their new state of residency.
